Mr. Chun-Hsien Pan joined TARK Biopharma in 2023 and currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He brings more than 20 years of experience in capital markets, asset management, corporate finance, and strategic leadership.

Prior to joining TARK Biopharma, Mr. Pan served as Vice President of the Asset Management Division at First Securities Inc., where he developed extensive expertise in investment management, capital raising, and corporate risk management.

Under his leadership, TARK Biopharma has strengthened its corporate governance framework, successfully completed multiple financing rounds, and accelerated the development of its innovative therapeutic pipeline. His strategic vision continues to drive the company’s growth and global business development initiatives.

Dr. Shiow-Lin Pan is the Founder, Board Director, and Chief Technology Officer of TARK Biopharma. She earned her Ph.D. in Pharmacology from National Taiwan University and has more than 25 years of experience in oncology-focused drug discovery and preclinical development.

A recognized leader in oncology drug discovery and translational medicine, Dr. Pan has successfully led two Taiwan and U.S. Investigational New Drug (IND) applications, including the anticancer candidate MPT0E028 and the first-in-class ITCH E3 ubiquitin ligase inhibitor MPT0L056, both of which have advanced into Phase I and Phase II clinical studies. She has also completed four successful technology transfer and licensing transactions, enabling the commercialization of innovative therapeutics through collaborations with leading biotechnology companies.

As the inventor of more than 30 granted patents and author of nearly 170 scientific publications, Dr. Pan continues to lead TARK Biopharma’s scientific strategy and pipeline development, advancing novel therapeutics for patients with significant unmet medical needs.
